About our team, "RaceMasters"

We are pleased to present you "Race Masters" , the team of the 1st Experimental High School "Manolis Andronikos". A group of students who, in co-operation with their instructors, have sacrificed everything to be able to compete in a competition, not that much for the distinction and the awards (which, we confess, we are going to pursue ) as for the theme and the background of the competition. Regarding the first, it is something more than just inspiration and source of entertainment, in reality it is passion and love for speed and it cannot be anything else than  Formula 1. Anxiety, relief, excitement, joy and science are mixed all in a perfect combination of machine and human, technology and mind, reason and emotion. By properly managing resources and provided assistance, we hope that we will participate actively and effectively in the unique experience of this student competition.

This is the third year our team takes part in the competition and the expectations are even higher this time. Last year we managed to reach the national finals. Now, with the help of the last year's members, and of our teachers we are sure about the team's succes. All members constantly work for the team every day on their own but we are also trying to meet up all together atleast once a week. Our plan for faster and more effective work is o "devide" the team's members into three categories according to what they are working on: 1. Design/Engineering - Manufacturing 2. Graphics 3. Marketing. Besides the team members and the school's teachers that are in charge, we also consider our sposnsors as an important part of the team as they give us either financial or material support, with the corresponding retribution ofcourse.
